Double check your revenue calculation and your cogs/cosp calculation. Sounds like you might be adding where you should be subtracting (or vice versa)...or you're calculating on gross revenue and not capturing any discounts/bad debts

Nothing wrong with the calc. It's a reversal of an accrual where T&E charges should be COGS.
Doesn't make sense. Unless there's some discounts, or crazy returns or allowances happening.
