Hi all-bumping this thread. Does anyone have info on AEA's small business fund, including culture, reputation, lifestyle and interview process? Much appreciated.

This is old but they are by no stretch of the imagination a LMM fund - they have the "small business fund", but the larger fund is a highly regarded UMM player. Just not sure where you're going with that. Also takes about 2 minutes of homework in their IP's to see they get top talent, even on the credit side.

Former colleague went there. She was Top Ivy + m&a At top 3 bb so I assume they have some traction on top candidates. I read they ranked very high in proceeds returned to investors (first was Thoma Bravo btw).

I'm grateful that I have two middle fingers, I only wish I had more.
