Another question regarding a screwed-up summer

This is my first post after reading this forum for last two months. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

So Currently I am a rising senior at a semi-target, majoring in biology and finance, with a minor in economics. I came to school hoping to go into medicine. I jumped through all the hoops with research, volunteering, MCAT (took soph year), etc. All the numbers and EC's are great enough to get me into top med schools assuming I have good interviews.

BUT after talking to various family friends, friends from school, and other acquaintances for this past year, I've been turned off to medicine and am becoming more inclined to finance, particularly IB.

BTW, it's not that I changed my mind overnight...I had three BB IBD internship interviews this past spring semester, but just never made it past the superday. Because of that I got discouraged and said fuck it, I'll just do medicine and so currently I am doing volunteering and research this summer.

My question is...without any kind of finance internships, do I have a chance at any BB or MM? My grades are decent(overall:3.85, business:3.8, Econ:3.96). I've got decent EC's that show that I've kept busy, been a leader, etc.
