Don't forget NGKF, not sure how they are in NYC, but I know their main focus is on Office/ Industrial.
In what market? They don't do shit in NJ
My market atleast. Grubb and Ellis were the Industrial kings for a while and a lot of the good guys stayed after the "merger."
