Anyone know of any good industrial brokerage houses that focus on the tri-state area or should I just go with the big boys?

Cushman, Cbre, Colliers, JLL,
Nai and transwestern are smaller shops that do some good work too
Don't forget NGKF, not sure how they are in NYC, but I know their main focus is on Office/ Industrial.
In what market? They don't do shit in NJ
My market atleast. Grubb and Ellis were the Industrial kings for a while and a lot of the good guys stayed after the "merger."
