Applied to a JPM internship 2 months ago, still being reviewed. Any advice?
Dear fellow monkeys,
In November I applied for an internship position at JP Morgan Stockholm. After 5 days I received an invitation to the Situational Judgement Test. I prepared and sat the test. 5-6 days later, I was asked to sit the numerical reasoning test. I prepared and sat it. I believe both went fairly well.
Ever since I finished the numerical reasoning test (18th of November), the application center site has said "Thank you for you taking the numerical reasoning test. Your results are being considered and we shall be in contact shortly."
In banking lingo, what does "shortly" mean? Does anybody know when I can expect an update? Would it be a good idea to remind them about my candidacy and if so, how do I go on about contacting them?
Thanks for any input
Best guess is you didn't get it (almost certain in my opinion, unfortunately) but I don't know much about recruiting in Europe
In London at least, ppl were invited for first rounds as late as Feb
Not sure about Stockholm, but Id imagine its very much ad hoc basis
I took it as a rejection.
I did it in November as well, instantly invited to situational test, followed by numerical. I get an email from HR that I won't be considered for on campus recruiting and my application has been forwarded to London and I haven't heard back since.
fours: Did you apply to the Stockholm office? What position?
