Are you ready for Fulltime recruiting or what?

Targets, non-targets
FO Interns, MO interns, BO interns
MBAs, Undergrads

Etc etc. Are you ready to partake in full time recruiting come september? Are you worried at all? What have you done to prepare?

I'm interested to hear everyones outlook for the next few months. Good luck to everyone, its starting to boil down.

Non-target here, did somewhat of a back office internship and I've heard some pretty bad stories regarding friends that still havent found work for whatever reason. I'm a much harder worker than them but at the same time theres always the cloud of worry no matter how confident you are. I've landed interviews in the past due to my credentials but no offers.

Just trying to use what I've learned from the small amount of interviews I've had in the past and plan accordinly. How about y'all?

Man, seeing this post brings back memories. I remember actually being excited coming into recruiting last fall with an IB SA (that extended in my fall semester). It was actually a complete nightmare for me and I ultimately graduated without a job. Fortunately, persistence and so forth, here I am on the other side probably ready to do resume screens and 1st round interviews with my IB. Good luck to all those who have to go through FT recruiting (would never wish this on someone else)...

That is really the best approach. It is as they say, a numbers game, but if you give your best effort for each interview, you will be fine.
