B.A Economics NYU or semi-target B-School for Investment Banking?
I'm a student pursuing B.A Economics at NYU (not stern) and I'm currently deciding between finishing up my degree requirements or transferring out to a semi-target B-School (Considering BU, Northeastern or others in top 20)
I want to break into IB and deciding between a Econ with a minor in Finance and a business degree. I also plan to do summer internships at small boutiques but would like to know if any of the Finance programs listed above would give me a significant advantage when it comes to hiring and entry level jobs in the finance industry.
Is it worth choosing to go for a Business degree elsewhere?
Comments appreciated.
