Bain Capital DUI & Interview

My friend has an interview with Bain Capital in a BO role in Boston coming up. They got arrested for a DUI in April 2013, fought it, and lost the trial September 2014 and is now on probation until September 2015. I understand that they have not gotten the offer yet, but entertain the idea that they had. This DUI is the only thing on their record. Have any of you had experience with this or know anyone that has worked at bain with a DUI on their record?

For what it's worth, back in the intern days. I had a suspended license from a fake ID when I was a junior in college and interned at a top AM that summer (think Fidelity, Wellington, Putnam). Not as serious as yours, but I passed the background check

No, they're doing it through a "prestigious" HH. The interview has been initiated irregardless of any applications. I understand that disclosure is not necessary until they've decided they want to hire you, however preclusion of getting hired at Bain (BO/MO role, remember) due to a DUI is really the call of the question.
