BMO CM S&T Interview - Canada

Hi,

I have an interview with BMO CM this week for a rotational position in Sales&Trading. I am wondering if anyone can help me out with what kind of questions I will be asked and what kind of interview does BMO CM conduct? Mainly technical, or soft?

Where would people in the know rank BMO in the states? For IBD, would it make any sense to take them over HLHZ or Piper.

No (unless you really, really like the place). BMO's strength (in the States) is their corporate-lending business, not their IB. Ever since CIBC closed/sold off most of their U.S. operations, the only Canadian bank that can even be considered a bit player in the U.S. is RBC.
