They recruit at my school and here is the description. Doesn't seem too related to IB and you could get stuck on the commerical bank side.

Overview:

• Two-year entry-level program spans two rotational assignments focusing on credit, market or operational risk management within different areas of the Bank • Gain real, in-depth experience applying quantitative knowledge to specific financial challenges • Provide a micro view of risk management in a particular business line and a macro view of risk management for the bank as a whole through rotational assignments • Rotations include positions within various lines of business, such as Corporate Treasury, Quantitative Finance, Risk & Capital Portfolio Analysis, Global Markets Risk Management, Enterprise Credit & Markets Risk, Global Portfolio Strategies, Enterprise Information and Analytics, and Consumer & Small Business Banking Risk Management.

Training:

The QMAP training curriculum is a multi-phase program that complements and enhances the hands-on experience the associates develop in their rotational assignments. The goal of the training curriculum is to provide a broad introduction to core concepts and theories of risk management that the associates will encounter during their career at Bank of America, covering topics from the consumer, commercial and capital markets lines of businesses. Training concepts discussed include: quantitative credit analytics, risk management techniques, fixed income and derivative valuation. Associate development is critical to the success of Global Risk Management, and executive leadership within the GRM organization is committed to the success of our QMAP associates.
