I was there and not heard back. Are you sure they said a week? Cause I'm pretty sure I heard a MONTH (but they said they will aim for it to be faster).

Did you guys interview with IBD or Capital Markets or Research?

Edit:

I also emailed my interviewers saying thanks, and NOT ONE replied me. Is this a bad sign? I've gone through recruitments before, and not once has this actually happened.

Not a bad sign, most interviewers don't even look at those thank you emails. Their decisions/opinions are in to HR by the time you're out of the building.

cool, thanks!

fwiw i interviewed with Capital Markets... for some reason my school's career center (strong target) forgot/didn't list the IBD position (which is what I was aiming to interview for). Interviewed with a guy in Leveraged Finance though, seemed pretty interesting.

Yacht_man: The interview was for kids going abroad in the Spring - they will miss normal recruiting. However, I do think there were some one-off situations where other people were being interviewed (I am not going abroad for example).

If you looked on the schedule from IBD Interviews, there was a meeting in the afternoon of the interview day for decisions to be made. I was told by HR that we would know by Friday, and that is also what was stated in my e-mail that had details about the interview day.
