Doubt it. Both Kravis and Roberts went to Claremont Mckenna, but you don't see people getting recruited every year. They probably take one or two every two years.
It seems from the article he is alluding to bschools not educating its students properly. Let's say Freeman turns around BU's bschool education and forms it in a way that big PE/VC firms want. Even then you don't think guys like KKR and Blackstone would recruit there?
