Hi all. Generally, will boutique IB's (non EB) have weekend work regularly? Interned recently at a boutique IB (unfortunately they don't hire junior level employees) and the hours were perfect (less than 60). I'd like to be able to do this in the future at a FT level. Anyone have suggestions for boutique IB's?
I know BB/MM/EB will generally have analysts in about 30-60% of weekends from reading previous threads.
