Bryant Park Capital
Has anyone heard of this firm? They have offices in NY and Philadelphia. Past interns seem to have pretty good placement into BB was wondering how it looks to BB recruiters in terms of reputation. If anyone knows anything about them, it would be greatly appreciated if you could elaborate.
self bump, need an answer
From my experience, having any previous investment banking experience is what stands out to interviewers. Most won't be that familiar with many of the smaller boutique shops, but will be glancing over your experience and what you did there. As long as you can sell the experience and get some technical experience (and there is a lot of leeway here), it's going to be a good gig.
Are you at a BB or Boutique and did you have prior IB experience before you were at where you are now?

This is the correct reply. Bryant Park Capital is certainly a legit shop, if that is what you mean HendrixBanker. They are just a small boutique, that is all.
Yeah, absolutely. Thanks for the clarification.
know people who worked there. not really going to give you a leg up against your other peers who also have investment banking internships at boutiques. The reason why the people I know who worked there got offers to BB had little to do with the reputation of Bryant Park Capital
