Career Dilemma - IT Consulting = Dream but...

I'm about to finish my undergrad this December.
Decent GPA, Challenging major and two minors, good work experience (three F500 firms + an M&A boutique) and leadership in multiple clubs. Went to a top 50 state school, SAT score around 2000 with 700 Math.

I'm currently interning at an F500 tech firm as an analyst. The work done is very similar to consulting and I enjoy it. I am the youngest person in my area though by far, most people have between 10 and 20 years on me in age. While I'm liked and feel respected by my peers I do feel like I'm the odd man out. I would prefer to go into consulting though (MBB as a dream, Deloitte and Accenture being realistic). I do realize clients tend to be in this older age range, though my peers would be in their 20s which would be nice.

HR wants me to sign an offer tomorrow. I would begin shortly after graduation. I like the work I'm doing and I'm sure I'd be happy there. I also need the money I'm getting from interning presently. With that said while I think I have good potential to grow in the company a lot of that would be on me, I need to learn what to do quickly. I've had relatively little formal training, everything I know I've learned by researching online and through classes. Case interview prep prepared me more for my current role than anything else.

I am considering the three options:

1) Accept offer and work at firm doing what I can to climb the ladder. If done properly I could see myself doing quite well in the next 5 years as I'd be a big fish in a small pond.
2) Accept offer, go through recruiting and then quit working at firm when required, likely 1 year from now.
3) Turn down offer. Risk financial Vulnerability. Go all out during recruiting season.

Any advice? Regardless of decision, I'm going to try to get a deferral and to haggle for a solid salary.

Nope, I love it for the most part. Best job/internship I've ever had. I could see myself being happy if I ended up staying there for a while. There are a few things I might change, though nothing is perfect. I expect that I'd be happier where I'm at than at a consulting firm. I just expect higher pay and better exit ops in the future.
