Very strong. I think the only challenges you will face will be writing strong essays: 1. capturing your story well 2. maintaining excellent English

A whole handful of things hugely in your favor: - strong academics - killer gmat score, seriously - strong professional background - diverse experiences and background (not many applicants from your nation, multiple languages, nonprofit experience) - solid recommendation - career interest (this is huge -- HBS loves general management applicants, articulating your desire to pursue such a career thanks to your varied and top-notch experiences in so many categories will really make you the apple of their eye)

I think you are essentially a lock for an interview at both HBS and GSB. Wharton ... doesn't buy into the whole story package the way other schools do, they tend to be much more numerically driven ... but it's not like your GMAT is slacking in any way whatsoever, and you have two MSc degrees plus two of the CFA exams under your belt.

Things look very good for you, my friend.

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.

Unless it's a personal goal to attend one of those three schools, you might be better off applying to other schools and getting a full scholarship. GM pharma jobs aren't that difficult to get out of the top 10-15. That's not too say you can't get a full ride, out of say Wharton.
