This question is not as straight forward as you make it out to be. There are plenty of property management organizations out there for CRE that would boast their presumed benefits - however, for REPE and Development you're going to want to focus all your effort on ULI imo. I'm a member and they do a great job, tons of great people and decision makers in the mix. Ultimately this industry has an ad hoc nature and you're RE network is going to based off how many deals you've been in the mix on and what level of work product you've provided. There are always deals to be done so don't worry about organizations as much as you do the process of doing deals.
