Comp at BWater
Anyone has any insights into total comp at Bridgewater for experienced hire positions (e.g. Senior Investment Associate, Senior Management Associate, or Client Advisor)? From the web search it seems the salary is around $200K, which is a bit lower than I would expect.
200k BASE salary is similar to a VP or Director at many BB's. I am sure Bridgewater is not including the bonus, which will probably be the majority of your compensation.
Do you have any estimates of how much bonus could be? Low and high range?
