Hi All, Looking for some mid-level literature suggestions on CRE valuations/appraisal. Thinking something in the way of a textbook or the like. Just trying to sharpen up my general understanding of the topic. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Appraisers are morons who don't understand valuations. If you know how to do company level EV valuations, then CRE valuations are even simpler, since you are not looking at the EV but simply the physical asset, attaching all the cash flows to it and basically taking a perpetuity of that for value. There are a number of reasons why valuations works like this, but primarily given the debt-like performance of CRE, it is valued similarly to how bonds are in that manner.
