never heard of them--they didn't put up any transactions for 08 and 09...if you interview with them-- u should ask about their deal flow

No deals???? That's a big warning sign but I'd ask what up with that and not rule them out. Lots of small firms out there and many more starting up.
From their new website, it seems that the firm is a boutique investment bank focusing on the life sciences and healthcare IT sectors and providing M&A advisory. They're really big on pharma outsourcing companies.
i interned at this firm. Great place to learn. The MD's and team that is in place really take the time to get you involved and help you pickup the material which you are expected to learn quick (pharma vocab especially).
i would highly recommend them to any student in FL looking to gain IB experience, and especially to those who are interested in Healthcare.
