Almost all top schools will have great courses in venture and entrepreneurship and venture finance. But on the career side, If you are really serious about venture capital, Stanford GSB is the best place to target. I'm partial because it is in my back yard, but being in the heart of Silicon Valley, has some of the best connections with VC types around. But, and this is a huge but, it is still a bit difficult if you do not have a related background in the industry or a science background. VC is not a huge employer in general, and doesn't do huge recruitment from business schools.

If you do a LinkedIn search on big VC firms like Sequoia or Kleiner Perkins, you'll see people from both Stanford and HBS, an a few Wharton.
