Does SocGen not pay sign-on bonuses anymore?
I heard that SocGen in London doesn't pay sign-on bonuses to incoming analysts anymore. Does anyone know more about this? It just sounds somewhat surprising, as sign-on bonuses are pretty much the norm at all bulge brackets.
I've heard this as well. I think their salaries are quite modest too.
