Dress Code for Bridgewater Interview

Seems like the dress code at bwater is pretty casual(based on the culture videos I was made to watch....). Is suiting up too much for a managment/investment associate interview? Should I dress business casual? Anyone have firsthand experience with this?

Fully formal. This indian kid from Brown showed up in business casual, no tie, was asked to leave almost immediately, but not before the interviewers called him out in front of everyone.

I'll always side with I'd rather be overdressed than underdressed, but your choice. I don't believe there should be any drawback being the best dressed person in the room.

Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

They cannot choose to fault you for wearing a suit. Biz casual (or any sort of variant) can backfire.

This. Dude, wear a suit. You're going in for an interview. You don't have the job yet. My point is, it doesn't matter if the dress code at any firm is a fuckin speedo and a top hat. You don't work there yet. You have no right to wear anything else than what would be universally accepted. Or don't, your call. But as stated above, it can backfire.

I wore a polo shirt and khakis to my BW interview and my interviewer remarked how it was nice that I "got" BW's casual dress code. Then he made a comment about how formal many interviewees dress, implying they don't get the culture.
