Duff & Phelps: Dispute Consulting Analyst - Interview Help
Hey gang:
I have a phone interview coming up for an analyst position in Duff & Phelps' Dispute & Legal Management Consulting Group. I've seen prior threads on this but they were all for valuation and IB analyst positions, not for the Dispute Consulting Analyst position.
What kinds of questions should I expect from the phone interview? Do you think they will grill me on financial/technicals even though this is a quasi legal/finance position or do you think it will be more fit/behavioral?
Also, can anyone provide any insight as to compensation, work environment, hours, etc.?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much!
I had a campus interview with them. The woman was slightly disorganized, but it was mostly behavioral with like 1-2 technicals on stuff like valuation. Nothing difficult. It was over a week ago and I haven't heard back yet though, so shrugs
Bigindian, was the position for the Dispute Consulting analyst or valuation analyst?
Anyone?

I've lurked on these boards for a few months now but have never posted. I have been interviewing recently for valuation/IB jobs here in the midwest. I was recently accepted for an on-site interview in the Chicago Duff & Phelps office for dispute consulting. -Anybody know what these interviews are like, what I should expect, or if I should prepare differently than I would for a more valuation oriented job?
bump....
Did you already go through the phone screening? Technical questions were asked during that (mainly basic DCF, accounting type questions). But, during the superday, it was mainly fit-based questions. Met with an analyst, associate, 2 directors and an MD if I recall correctly. No case.
