Economics degree for Investment banking?
I know I know this subject is soooooooo old, but it's not what your thinking, my situation is different.
So I want to study in Germany, I actually have no other option, it's the best tuition-free country to study in, and it has ones of the best universities in the world (not the best I know).
My ultimate goal is to break into investment banking, crazy I know, and a degree from a fine german school should do me fine... I suppose?
So I searched very hard and I couldn't find anything about a bachelor in finance in any german university (though I havn't looked enough, I didn't learn german language just yet), and I believe that finance is the way to investment banking... Right?
So my only options are economy or business administration but I guess the last one is not going to work... I think?
Is economics the way to go? How my path is going to be after graduating, in case I networked like crazy and got high grades, plus I can speak 4 languages fluently (Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and German in the future) can I get full-time IB job? Or should I go with BA?
