Emailing Alumni

Just had a quick question regarding emailing alumni-

What do you guys generally put in the subject line of the email, if you just want to talk to and get advice from alumni of your school who are currently working in IB?

Thanks

I've been wondering this

I've been wondering this too, but recently I have been using something similar to, "Inquiry from (school here) student". I figure this will catch their attention because of the school and I think most alums are generally willing to help a student at their alma mater.

I used: "(school here)

I used:

"(school here) student seeking advice"

Think wutang's got it right.

Think wutang's got it right. If I am swamped and see an e-mail like that I may not get to it quick but I won't delete it. At the end of the day the more solid people from your school that get jobs and do well, the better your school/your degree looks.
