Entry Level Analyst Training Programs
Hi,
Im graduating in May and I am looking to join an Analyst Training Program at a firm to ensure I have solid training and exposure to the firm. I was wondering if anyone can list some firms that have these programs other than the obvious BB's or can direct me to where I can find this list.
Thanks!
What are you talking about?
Every firm has training for their FT hires, if it is not with the entire class then it is with your group. The training with the group is probably 100x more helpful than the training you will receive in a large class.
I've heard getting into formal rotational or training programs at firms looks much better for Business school
?? Getting a FT position is what is important for business schools. Your training has nothing to do with that?
Your not going to put Analyst XYZ bank...completed training program on a resume or anything else.
If your looking for positions that are rotational in nature, that is not "training"
Most F500 finance programs are rotational as well as some BO/MO positions at banks, but all those positions are not the best positions for business school apps-IB, AM, and other front office positions are.
hahahahaha
Yeah maybe I worded that wrong.. I'm just talking about something like "Deutsche Bank Analyst Training Program" or "Imperial Capital Investment Banking Analyst Program"... Not every single firm has something like this when you apply... They usually just have a random position listed that you can apply for...
