Equity Research Analyst Salary + Bonus

How much would a 1st-year Analyst make (salary? bonus?) at a top-tier Investment Bank such as Merrill Lynch versus a company like Sanford C Bernstein?

I heard a 1st year Analyst at a place like Merrill makes about $60k base with $20 bonus?
and
At a place like Bernstein, $60k base with $10k bonus?

twenty-dollar bonus? that's pretty rough. although i should get used to those sorts of expectations, since i'm in IB operations.
