Experienced Interviews vs Entry Level/ SA Interviews
Hey, guys. I was thinking about this the other day and didn't see any recent posts regarding this topic. I'm starting a FT ER role this year and was thinking ahead to the next steps. I was wondering if anybody on here had any experience with both entry level recruiting and secondary/ experienced recruiting and could explain the differences between the two interviews. Are technical questions, questions in general, different or more difficult? Should candidates behave differently in a way that reflects his or her experience? Thanks for the responses and insight.
