Firms in CA that will hire biology major?

I graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2005 and my degree is in Biology but I really want to pursue a career in i-banking. I want to get a job as a level one analyst but where should I start looking? Are there any companies in california that will be interested in hiring a biology major? I found in another thread that Rodman and Renshaw might hire people with science backgrounds since most of their clients are biotech companies but what about a firm here on the west coast?
