Not at my school. JPM comes in Nov, GS in Dec, and MS in Jan. If you get in JPM, they want you to accept the offer by early Dec; so no way you could interview at MS with an active JPM offer in your hand.

You can. When you get to your first interview, use this sequence at the very beginning:

^I think it's unlikely because kid who will get into all of HYPMS probably won't be applying to Cornell, for example. And it's very possible for someone to just get unlucky and not get into one of the ivies because getting into ivies = luck for almost everyone. I know people who've gotten into HYPMS and get waitlisted at Columbia.
