It amazes me how Goldman just steps in it over and over and over again. At least one of their competitors is turning it to their advantage. Morgan Stanley seems to be benefiting from every Goldman misstep.
First, Blankfein comes out and says GS is thinking about taking some of the bonus money and giving it to charity. Meanwhile, Morgan Stanley quietly funds Step Up To The Plate.
Next, there's the H1N1 brouhaha where Goldman gets panned on every station across the country (including this weak bit on SNL) and what does Morgan Stanley do? Takes their allotment of 1,000 vaccinations and gives them to area hospitals.
Blankfein needs to get with the program and take a page out of John Mack's playbook. Either that, or maybe they are just as corrupt as everyone says and they really just don't give a shit.
This all seems like another reason for main street to b*tch at wall street. The blame should be placed on the center for disease control who distributed the vaccine. I also heard on the CNBC the day this story broke that a majority of these hospital that hadn't received the vaccine simply hadn't requested it yet...

So the girl from Baby Mama doesn't approve?
What a bummer. Goldman makes it so easy to lampoon them, and that's the best SNL can do?
REALLY???
meh
oy, snl was only funny pre-jimmy fallon days..it's disgusting what the presence of one very unfunny man can do to an entire cast's chemistry

No, Goldman Sachs is getting shit on because it is #1 and always will be. No one cares about Morgan Stanley because it's #2.
