Google Accounting Exit Opportunities

I graduated from a top tier school and started as an analyst in Google's finance division (doing mostly accounting work). My undergrad experience includes front-office finance roles and equity research at a hedgefund. This is a particularly new program for Google, as they don't traditionally hire undergrads into their finance division. Just wondering what exit opportunities look like for me? Would it be hard to make the switch back to finance (particularly asking about investment management and PE)?
