Anyone have insights on how these group factors rank w.r.t. determining exit opps? Which is most important?

- Recommendations from seniors in your group
- Title of group (M&A, FIG, Industry)
- Performance in group
- Reputation of group
I'm considering switching groups, but I'm wondering if it's worth potentially pissing people off. I'm not in capital markets...
