a world of fairness opinions, pure pain
honestly though I have no clue but from reading the job description you will be working alongside the execution teams in case a fairness opinion is required, look at those materials, work with the committee and a bunch of related stuff (mostly internal). I didnt even know you needed your own group for this
I just saw this on LinkedIn. It's definitely not a banker role but you would be working very closely with them. I'd definitely like to know more as well and what opportunities could come from starting there.
