GS New Analyst Program
Is anyone familiar with the New Analyst Program with Goldman Sachs?
I'm recruiting for full time positions in IB, but come from a less traditional background for such a career path. I have a background in data analytics, sales, and from smaller finance roles, but nothing quite like working as a Summer Analyst so this looks like it would be right up my alley. Has anyone heard anything about this program, or do other banks offer anything similar?

Hi, what is this program?
The new analyst program is essentially the equivalent of "undergraduate recruitment" at other banks. You basically go into the program, which is a 2 year stint and receive on the job training . Not really sure what you're looking to know.
Okay so it is the same thing as a first year analyst
