Help - Interview with Towers Watson

Hey guys,

This is my first post, so I better make the most of it.

I have an interview with Towers Watson for their Risk Consulting division summer internship (investment consulting). The whole thing is for London and is only competency based, but it really gets me, because it is phone based. I have read around but every source says the same thing - use the STAR approach bla bla... So I was wondering, can anyone please give me an advice on what may be really original?

P.S. On some of those I have not had experience, do you think I should bs my way through?

Thanks...

P.S. I also have sample questions which I am pretty confident they will ask me:

Describe a time when you had to deal with someone difficult. Describe a time you had to build a relationship with a person who was difficult to approach. Describe a time you had conflict within a team. How did you respond? What could you have done better?

Describe a time you had to work hard to achieve excellent results. Describe a time you had to complete a series of tasks to a deadline. How did you manage your time? What did you learn from this experience?

Describe a time you had to build a business relationship with someone. What was the outcome?

Describe a time where your organization and leadership was tested. Describe a time when did you lead a team to success. Why was it a success?

Describe a time you brought a new idea to something. Describe a time when you were involved in making improvements to a process. Describe a time you used your initiative to complete/improve a task you were working on.
