Help deciding between offers. Super Urgent!

It’s been a rough season, but I've narrowed my choices down to the Lakers and the Clippers. Obviously the Lakers franchise is huge and everyone outside of basketball will recognize me if I choose to exit, but the Clippers have been absolutely killing it lately. I know they're young and small, but they lead the league tables. (See Pacific: http://espn.go.com/nba/standings/_/group/3) Both have their superstars, but I’ve heard the Lakers have a hardcore culture. Also, the kicker is that Lakers have plans to restructure the whole team these coming years so the Clippers will give me a bigger short term contract with more security.

Historically, Lakers have been proven to kill it, but I'm kind of leaning towards the underdogs here cause they give "elite" experience. Which obviously trumps all the Lakers past achievements.

Please give me your thoughts on exit opps/ prestige. I also have an offer with the Heat, but let’s be real here. LA is the basketball capital
