Help out with resume please

Hey everyone, I'm going to be a junior at a non-target this coming school year and I'm looking to apply to any Summer Analyst positions I can find on the street. I desire a position in S&T since I've already worked on two trading desks, however I'm open to almost any analyst position I can get an interview and offer for. Pick it apart and tell me what you guys dislike/ think needs changing.
