Houlihan rejections
Recruiting is over (at least for me), but I am curious if Houlihan restructuring sent out rejection letters for SA. I have not heard a single thing from them since my Superday 4 weeks ago. Do firms occasionally go through recruiting without sending any notification of rejection?
often times, if you are dinged, they just forget about you...completely. oh well.
Haha thats funny. How the hell do you get dinged? My interviews went well enough to give me an idea that I'd get an offer. Oh well, its in the past now.

I got a nice rejection letter in the mail from Perella Weinberg like 3 days after I applied.
some banks do send out mail rejections. I received two, they were european banks.
They take forever to respond. It'll be through email, even if you've been to a superday.
I actually sent my resume to HR at a certain place when I was looking around and they sent me a letter in the mail 2 days later..I thought to myself, wow! they must have really liked my resume..open it up, and it is a rejection letter, signed (with a pen, not stamped) by HR saying that I will not be interviewing with them.
damn. those are some really nice banks.
and to the euro comment: american banks sometimes don't even call as you can see from other threads
superday 7 weeks ago. emailed them roughly 2 or 3 weeks ago. "still deciding." sigh, i guess i will just try again for FT.
actually houlihan does mail letters of rejection....i got one like weeks later with no call from HR haha
Two years ago when I interviewed with Houlihan they sent me my rejection via snail mail. I knew the interview didn't go well, so it wouldn't have taken them more than a moment to decide to reject me. The letter still took 3+ weeks to arrive.
