How long do traders out of college last at prop. shops on average?

Thought this was an interesting topic to explore.

For those that suck, the longest I've seen is just over one year when they get the axe.

I've actually seen shorter than a year (around 6-8 months) where the traders just quit b/c they make no money.

What is the norm you've seen??
