What firms offer structured summer internship programs? What tips do you have for getting into these? What's the competition like for summer internship slots vs. full time at mega fund and upper mm? I'm guessing there's less competition but it's still probably pretty tense. Any recommendations on how to get one of these internships aside from the general stuff (networking, mastering the interview, etc.)?
