IB to Convertible Arbitrage?
I was wondering what the standard "path" is to a convertible arbitrage desk. Do you need IB or S&T, or can you go straight to convertibles? Also...would anyone know where to get a list of Convertible Arbitrage funds?
Also, is there a place where I can get a list of funds that engage in various strategies, like funds for risk arb, convertible arb, distressed debt, etc? Thanks.
