Informal Friday afternoon lunch with Senior Partner at Boutique?

Well, I have an informal lunch meeting with the Senior Partner of a boutique. We are having the meeting on Friday afternoon.

Over the course of the emails they have become alot more casual and friendly.

Problem is, I had my graduation ceremony yesterday. Thus after the graduation ceremony, we had a party to celebrate. I am at varsity now a bit hungover and feeling as if I have the flu. I am planning on wearing a formal pants, with a collared shirt. I forgot to pack formal shoes, and all I have now are black sneakers,

I have a feeling this is not going to go to well. Will he be understanding since I did graduate yesterday?

Go buy shoes? What happened to common sense? Why did this have to become a forum post? No, he will not understand why you don't have shoes.

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.
