Interview tomorrow
Hello.
On very short notice, I have been offered a first round interview by phone from a BB's sales and trading division. The role regards securities lending, and therefore is not a traditional S&T position. Does anyone have any info about how these subdivisions recruit, and what skill sets are valued for repo/reverse, sec lending, or prime brokerage agents?
Pardon my ignorance, but I know little about these functions when compared to more traditional investing. I'm very interested in the opportunity, so any advice and comments are greatly appreciated. -DR
