GHL > Jefferies = HL
Greenhill might be slowing down compared to other EBs, but it is still a EB and you will get the chance to work on some exciting deals, whereas Jefferies and HL would be MM only (not saying that MM deals can't be exciting, too).
At the end of the day, you will pretty much get the same experience at any of these well respected firms. Go with the firm that you clicked with the most.
