Do you mean that they're willing to sponsor visas to work in most developed regions (but not Australia)?
Or that they're willing to sponsor visas for people coming from developed regions (but not Australia)?
Two things - rather circular - come to mind:
It's rather difficult to obtain a work Visa, plus it takes a long time, and then there are the ongoing costs associated for compliance, etc. They must really, really want you to go through the process.
