LinkedIn request after rejecting an offer

So I'm accepting an offer at one BB and rejecting another BB. Should I friend request people who've been in contact with me at the firm I'm rejecting?

Who do you request on LinkedIn? Do people even use LinkedIn for lateral recruiting?
