My current roommate is relocating to the west coast.
I'm in gramercy in a nice doorman building with a rooftop and a gym. I am really happy with my building and apartment. We have a good view, a big kitchen and a nice bathroom. The washer and dryer are in the apartment too. $1800 a month - it is a great deal given what the apartment has to offer.

Do you have a preference for someone also working in finance? I have some female friends who are looking for apartments in NY but they are not in the industry (creative-types in media, advertising)
